"Miss Fitness" isn't very fit anymore! I was going to start this blog back in April 2011 when I was a die hard gymaholic and gymnast. I couldn't find time to write about my fitness due to my daily three hour gym sessions alongside Gymnastics training and working full time as a Gymnastics coach. My blog is going to be very different to how I originally thought it would be, due to the fact I now have M.E and my lifestyle has completely changed.
I want to use this space as a kind of diary and something I can look back on, as my memory is appalling at the moment - brain fog, or as I call it - mental block. I always think to myself, "I must keep a diary as to how I feel today," to keep a track of good days and bad days, but as anyone with M.E will know, that's a hell of a lot easier said than done. I am hoping that I will be able to write posts fairly regularly, once I get in the habit of it.
I do not deserve the title of Miss Fitness anymore, but I am okay with that. I do not need a title at the moment as M.E is still teaching me essential lessons and I have not yet developed fully into who or what I am going to be.
